Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • weather conditions

  • incorrect shipping addresses

Incorrect Address

If you enter the wrong shipping address, email us immediately at support@hivehygienics.com.

If your order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • check around your property

  • ask neighbors

  • contact the carrier

If you still can’t find it, email us — we’ll do our best to help.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
